Great Atmosphere just doesn't pay enough for me to stay
Pros
The people I work with are great. I really enjoy working here. The work is ok too. I have worked in Manufacturing for a long time been in a lot of different plants in Lincoln Ne. I would say that this job was the easiest, cleanest position I've ever had. The company is very Strict on Quality, Being safe and providing customer service. Molex is a very profitable company. They do give bonus, 401k to part time and full time workers. I just work part time. Honestly I think part time wise you aren't going to find a better job in Lincoln. After 20 hours OT pay. I will say that for me anyways its a better part time job then it is full time. Every holiday off. They do give a few free dinners a year to employees. Free Gym and nice break rooms and lots of food options. The awesome thing I think is no uniforms.
Cons
The pay is too low to want to work here full time. Some jobs do pay pretty well. They don't let full time people work over a crtain amount of hours. So you cant get very much over time pay. Some of the people I work with are from different countries so very hard to understand. I think they should be more selective with who they hire personally in all aspects. BASICALLY only con is TOO LOW OF PAY!
