I can't think of any generic cons other than those that are common to every company. HR's involvement with employees is very low; they are almost invisible and would guide you to an automated process only.

- I love the product - Remote work - Availability to go to the office when desired - Overall, the company is interested in your well-being - Work-Life balance

Cons

- The Customer Success business unit doesn't have the same promotion rhythm as other business units, and our role is also very impactful in the sales cycle. CS activities usually overlap with Sales activities, as the Account Executive is more of an Account Manager.
