Company that needs to change as they grow, but doesn't want to

Pros

Excellent benefits, great office perks.

Cons

Too much corporate and office politics. It's like being back in High School. If you're not a brown noser or someone's favorite then your career will be stifled. Upper Management doesn't care to listen to their employees, there is limited career path, if any at all. Management does not take ownership, they simply pass the blame to save themselves. They seem to be conflicted and confused on where they want to go and how to scale.

Pros

All the Monster you can drink, great swag, people excited about the company you work with. Tickets to events, hooking people up, sampling etc.

Cons

Having to work with Coca Cola Distributors that don't want to work with you. Leadership that sides with Distributors over employee and having to work with beverage industry cutthroat sales guys. The company also said that they wanted go getters, mavericks and renegades. However that is not how they actually want you to act.
