Pros

Casual environment, on-site cafeteria, free Monster while you work, monthly employee lunch and other freebies, they hire lots of temps - give you a chance to stick around or not (if you have that option) before they make you a Monster employee. Once you are, they make it easy to move to other jobs within the company

Cons

They make your body comfortable in your cubicle only to blast you with intercom music 24/7 so it's hard to focus on your work and make a phone call. Result: mostly young employees (sorry but I wasn't born with ear buds in my ears) and a Kindergarden atmosphere. Middle management treats everyone equally....like a child

Pros

- Great work perks (travel, parties, celebs, athletes) - Unlimited supply of beverages - Young and energetic work environment - Decent office building - Employees truly believe in the brand

Cons

- Extreme nepotism and alliances; little to no room for advancement - Sometimes egos/titles hinder work and/or project completion - Bad communication (none really) among employees - A lot of finger pointing, getting thrown under the bus is almost normal - Extreme lack of moral in individuals and sometime whole teams - Operates like a small business too much

Pros

Travel nationwide n see what is out there to enjoy!

Cons

You can be the hardest working person with good work ethics n still don't get recognized as you should. Pay wise, the worst I've seen.
