Pros

Benefits are good, but that is about it.

Cons

If you do not know someone higher up, or kiss butt to the managers, you will never move up or get raises no matter how well you do your job.

Pros

Fun brand affiliated with some cool events and marketing niches.

Cons

I LOVED my brand but I suffered EXTREME abuse in my position. It was always something being attacked. My sexuality, my financial status, my marital status my military status and even my race. Meanwhile, all the heavy lifting caused an ectopic pregnancy, that I worked with for three days and fertility issues. I attempted to report it and was ignored repeatedly. When I finally ended up in a fuge state and quit, I went back to my previous employer simply because I still needed a job. They proceeded to block me from future jobs and even block me from the public consumer website. This waa unwarranted and I should have just filed a lawsuit against the company.

Pros

On a rare occasion you might work a cool event. But mostly you will be an extremely underpaid business to business representative giving out single cans of Monster, hauling around a cooler, sometimes in terrible areas of MN.

Cons

Management treats you like you're disposable trash. LOW PAY, you can make the same working at a fast food restaurant, it's a joke! Worst management I have ever experienced in my life. No team environment at all. Corporate management is the same at the MAT leader. Terrible communicators. There's no room for advancement beyond a MAT leader, plus why would anyone want to work with the corporate field marketing department with how they treat employees.
