Pros

Great people, hard workers, we celebrate wins often

Cons

Temper tantrums from executives, many of whom employ their girlfriends as “project managers”. IT department is 15 yrs too dated. Decision making is a joke because no one can get a signature on anything. Women are literally groomed to serve male execs.

Pros

Flexible schedule, excellent benefits, such as free health insurance for employee, car allowance, 401k, now has partially paid maternity leave. Majority of co workers are team players. Able to work from home office.

Cons

Program director manages based emotion, micromanages, treats employees like children. Too much focus is put on small errors than actual hard work. Program director has never actually been in the field. Field marketing program is last to learn about new products, yet they are the ones dealing with the public.
