Team is pretty cool, but still very argumentative

Cons

Sexist environment where they favor women. All entry level men that come there are immediately looked down upon and given a negative outlook. I got yelled at for going on vacation with my family. All they care about is making money and not about your own personal well being.

The people are great and it is a fun place to work. Lots of social happy hours and activities. Opportunity to move if you do well.

Cons

Micromanage a lot. All about KPIS. They do play favorites at times.

Great training, very easy access to management, fun culture. The managers will mold you into a good salesperson if you listen to them and grind. Great earning potential (over 100k in one to two years if you last).

Cons

Way too many morning meetings / role plays / meetings in general / people constantly saying the same things over and over again. As with many sales jobs, extremely high turnover.
