      Great leadership, they will always go above and beyond to help you break down what you need to do to succeed. Great bonus structure.

      Cons

      The training can be a lot to swallow at first, but it gets easier with time. Your day is different every day, so you need to be very adaptable in this job.

      This is a great company with many growth opportunities for anyone who wants to work hard to add value. * Promotes from within: management is observant of your performance and is not afraid to give you more responsibility if they feel you have earned it. * Great company climate: everyone is happy with their roles, responsibilities and management. * Awesome culture: lots of hard work, but also lots of fun and camaraderie. Coworkers are respectful and management is helpful.
