Pros

- Awesome people. Passionate, fun, hardworking, giving. - Excellent opportunities for professional growth. If you make it 6 months at Stride, you'll nail any sales interview you ever go on.

Cons

- High churn. Turnover can be brutal. - Sometimes koolaidish mentality - Culture can grow stagnant over time. Little room for real "role" growth.

Pros

You can make good money if you move up company ranks. Most of the co-workers are decent people. The first few weeks of training are good for people coming straight out of college.

Cons

Entry-level hires do a lo of the work but are not compensated accordingly. Doing the same exact thing everyday becomes very tedious. You get called some pretty nasty things when you call the hiring managers. Upper management does not listen to you. A lot of immature people in the company, it's amazing how many unprofessional e-mails I've received.

Pros

It is a decent job to take right out of college while you look for something better. Everyone starts out at the same position so all of your co-workers can help you if they choose to. Pretty decent location-wise.

Cons

Regularly work 50+ hours a week for a slim wage. You spend most of your day bothering the hiring managers at companies and telling them you have someone perfect for you company, even if you have no one. The only privacy is when you grab the key to use the restroom. I didn't come close to making the 40-50k they said I would the first year, despite being responsible for 23 placements. Managers have little management skills and tend to talk a lot without really saying anything. Dull, repetitive work.
