      A lot of growth, which equals a lot of change and new processes Everyone is experiencing the change, which means they are not able to train you completely, you need to be a motivated self-starter/ self autonomous

      Transparency (for real!): from internal communications to executive's calendars, everyone at the company has a public calendar Work life balance: although things move fast, there is no need to put "in face" time. If you need to work from home that's totally fine, if you need to leave early or take a few days off no one will judge you Unlimited PTO that your boss actually encourages you to take (and also sets example by taking time off themselves) Almost everyone is helpful, friendly, interested in what they do but also in their co-workers well being
