      Pros

      Great benefits, competitive pay, cool office culture and lots of opportunity. Most companies that offer the type of culture and benefits that KT does will rather under pay you or limit your growth, but KeepTruckin provides everything you ask for and MORE.

      Cons

      KeepTruckin has seen tremendous growth and with that growing pains will come along. This allows opportunity for employees to grow with the company but there are still some operational kinks that need to be worked out, especially with communication cross-functionally with teams. They also do not have 401K matching yet. Other than that KT is the perfect company to work for.
