Pros

First off, this is the best company I've ever worked at. The team is fantastic. We all have our strengths, but what I love most is that there is active searching for weak spots, and continuous improvements - both in our underlying platforms and in our day-to-day processes. I personally have never had any drama or office politics to worry about. The co-founders are down-to-earth, easy to talk with (open door, and transparent). I have had some difficulties in my life outside of work, and they have fully supported me and been accommodating. The market we're serving is huge and fragmented, and we have a great position to capture a larger part of it. There are lots of opportunities for career growth. Multiple product pathways, lets you work on a variety of technology. Pretty good work-life-balance. Getting better all the time as we grow and train up more engineers to share the load. Catered lunch everyday - good food / for you.

Cons

No 401k matching. No spare hours in engineering teams to indulge in personal growth outside of your specialty. We have a great team of engineers, and with slightly more time we could share more of our thoughts with the industry, as well as contribute to open source initiatives.

Pros

I've worked at multiple SaaS companies, across many different segments, serving multiple industries. This is the first company I've been apart of that has it all. The leadership at the top is experienced and outstanding. The industry has a huge potential that's completely underserved by technology. The culture is amazing, employees can be themselves along with having the ability to make a real impact. Compensation is great, opportunities for advancement are endless, and you always get support for anything you're working on that you need. This company has done an incredible job getting top talent and great people. It's honestly, a joy to come to work everyday, not to mention the flexibility when you need it to take time off. Lunch is provided everyday, technology is provided to all teams in hopes to make roles more efficient. CEO and COO are extremely approachable and transparent in everything the business does. It's no wonder the company is one of the fastest growing SaaS companies in history, and another reason why we are poised to scale on top of that. From a management perspective, all you can ask for is fair compensation for yourself, solid compensation and support to take care of your reps, and the freedom/support to get stuff done/changed when it makes sense in a quick manner. KT embraces all the important things.

Cons

The company has gone through a huge transition from pre-mandate to post-mandate, meaning, the way things were have massively changed in the current state. Not to mention, KT has grown so fast and it's tough to keep up operationally with many things getting lost in the shuffle. Therefore, there are some challenges with doing things more efficiently to keep up with these change, but nothing that can't be fixed. No 401k match isn't ideal. Communication can sometimes get lost in the shuffle with so many things going on at once across the company, and how quick we all move.
