      - Execs are condescending and incompetent. - Nobody knows how to work together. - Toxic work environment.

      Pros

      Some of the best people I've ever worked with are here. Very committed to WFH into perpetuity . The company is taking tangible actions to make it not suck to work here and to really focus on individual's growth.

      Cons

      There are some pockets of territorial people, but for the most part everyone is swimming in the same direction. Comp structure is heavily favored toward the company going public.
