unstable, always having to look over your shoulder, never knowing who was going to be fired next, no stability or security. significant turnover.

- The market is increasingly saturated with similar telematics and fleet safety solutions, making differentiation harder in competitive deals - Constant leadership changes and shifting priorities creates ambiguity, confusion, and instability - Internal alignment between sales, product, and customer success isn’t always consistent, which can affect execution
