Culture: I joined KT because I wanted to work with smart people with a growth mindset. I've been consistency impressed by the caliber of people I get to work with. In a world where most of your time is spent at work, it's wonderful to work in such a collaborative environment. People are authentic, funny, and hardworking. I feel lucky to be part of this team. Environment: The office environment is welcoming, clean, and enjoyable to work in. There's lots of natural light, attention to detail, and overall a good vibe. I'm currently writing this review from a couch, looking at our "All Hands" area, with our mini library in view. :) Opportunities for Growth: There is so much work to be done, and we're moving at such a rapid pace, that there is a huge opportunity to get exposure and work on projects you're interested in.
