      --Working with some of the best people I've ever worked with (sincerely) --Tons of opportunity for growth, learning and professional development. --Working collaboratively with others to creatively solve problems and making things better every day -- Everyone has input, and input is valued -- People clearly care about each other, the company, and results; you really feel like you're building something positive together as a team. --Can't possibly miss out on what the future holds

      Wonderful work culture, tremendous growth opportunities within, a profound sense that the work you perform is deeply meaningful. It's an exceptional place full of exceptional people doing exceptional things. Managers that really care about professional growth will give you the opportunity to succeed and take ownership; there is a deep sense of personal emotional investment in the success of KT that you can feel in every department.

      Cons

      Sometimes the kegs don't get filled fast enough and we only get catered lunch twice a week? STEP YOUR BEER GAME UP KT! Also, we haven't had kombucha on tap for a little over a month and I think my biome is getting a little off kilter.

      Every company that has to scale as KT has will run into challenges but the leadership team is constantly finding ways to put the most appropriate people in place to hurdle those road blocks.
