Pros

- The culture is one that is ego averse and collaborative which is great. The AEs here come from different backgrounds so everyone has best practices to share. Everyone is about team work and us winning together. - The CEO has a great vision for the company that everyone has jumped on board with. I've worked for very large companies in the past and working for a startup is new but I have to say this is by far the best role I've had because I'm learning a lot and working with people that are all on the same page with company goals. - The Nashville office has great energy and is overlooking downtown. - Work/life balance is good. Although there's always work to do the next day it's not so overwhelming that you feel like work never stops. - The Nashville and SF teams have volunteer team outings and attend events together so you feel like you're part of a family. - The management team holds you accountable to your number and will support you throughout the sales process. They are huge on support and collaboration. - The Nashville office is growing rapidly so career opportunities are very high.

Cons

- Processes are being developed constantly, which isn't really a con, but expect to see changes as management figures out what works and doesn't. - Also not a con, but you will have to work hard if you want to succeed. This is a highly competitive industry so working hard is a must.

Pros

The company is well organized and well run. This SF based startup with an office in WNY is growing at warp speed, yet it still feels like a small company. The upper management takes a real hands-on approach. The CEO and CTO spend time getting to know all employees, looking for ways to increase productivity and make better decisions for the organization. Everyone's opinion matters here. The knowledge level within the company is extremely high. They search the country to fill positions and bring in a good mix of candidates whom all exceed my expectations. There is a real feeling of satisfaction when you complete a task and your coworkers acknowledge your achievements. The company seems to genuinely care about the people who work here. Unlimited PTO, and great benefits package for WNY. Startup NY benefits (no state income tax). Demand for the product is rapidly growing. The work is innovative and exciting. New markets are opening up to us. The future of this company looks very bright.

Cons

401K contributions are not yet matched by the company but not paying NYS income taxes helps offset this.

Bait and switch.

Pros

Remote work, but it is also a con at the same time. Pay is alright too.

Cons

Micromanaging, highly manual tracking, multiple spreadsheets and documents per week to be filled out to track activity. Extreme micromanaging behaviors across the TA org. Job was good for about a month. Ready to leave. 401k is pretty bad.
