Great Product Terrible Leadership

Pros

product is great, the support to help get a deal done from the product team is awesome.

Cons

The CRO will literally ruin this company, egotistical and not qualified for the role and several of the leadership team falls into that same discription. They also don’t care about this problem as they are only focused on going public.

More like an SDR role in an AE disguise

Pros

The people are great and the product is pretty good too.

Cons

This is a pure outbound hunter and cold calling role into accounts that have already been called on for years. There are no leads given to newer reps and it's half about getting lucky with timing and accounts you are given.

Management doesn't listen. Not friendly or accommodating to those of us who are neurodivergent. No guidance. No clear definition of expectations or duties of your role. No unified structure, there are two many redundant, overlapping and conflicting systems in place that hamper progress and productivity.
