Pros

100% remote workforce is a plus

Cons

This is worst company I have ever worked for. “Leadership” micromanages you like crazy, I’ve had PTO denied from me because it was near the end of month or quarter. Sales org is struggling as companies are phasing out vehicle programs. The metrics they hold you to are high and do change constantly. If you’re not constantly working, you get scolded by leadership. They have no sense of work life balance here and make you feel guilty for taking PTO. Pay is laughable and the healthcare costs are the highest I’ve ever seen in all my years of working. Leadership is old school and set in their ways and refuse to listen to feedback from sellers who are actually calling prospects everyday. There’s no growth opportunities and if you express interest in moving to other teams, they will hold it against you later on and threaten to fire you. Getting your job threatened is the norm here, leadership only cares about getting bonuses and do not help their reps. Some sellers have been here for a year and are not allowed to run their own calls or deals but leadership tries to “coach” but doesn’t know how to.

Pros

The work-life flexibility is quite good, though the unlimited PTO policy means that you will need to be disciplined and make yourself take time off. *Some* aspects of the technology platform are very good. Embracing full-remote work is always nice to see, though obviously if you prefer an office you're probably better off elsewhere. The C-suite management is pretty transparent, though they will naturally try to dress-up bad news.

Cons

I started looking to leave after some less-than-impressive merit salary increases went out. Their pay is definitely only average, and that was the final straw for me. However, the brunt of my dissatisfaction came from the company's management and structure emphasizing project management hierarchy at the expense of all else. My team in particular was well-shielded from crunch, but others weren't so lucky. Quality was an afterthought. Bugs, and even severe security vulnerabilities, would go unaddressed for months or even years. It got to the point where I was asking for certain instructions to come in writing. The product/project management people have no interest in hearing about or addressing these issues, and demand only more feature delivery.

Pros

Little to no oversight by management. Not really a pro. Unlimited PTO

Cons

No direction by executive team for business strategy other than telling employees what EBITDA is at every QBR. There is nothing groundbreaking about their tech from the reimbursement side. The company preaches culture but they really do not have any culture. People log in to their computer and work as needed and then that’s it. No collaboration. The device side of the business is a disaster. They have been working on a product for over 3 years and still have almost nothing to show for it. Customers are not happy. Sales organization is terribly unprofessional. We had a sales conference in Arizona that would have had most people fired at a normal company. I was not here first hand but I heard from colleagues and it’s was shocking what was said. HR talks about how much diversity they have but that is false marketing. The only thing diverse is that most managers are female. The only people that work there that are African Americans are a couple that work in the call center in Georgia. A classic all white executive team
