Pros

None. They offer unlimited PTO which only applies to management and favorites. They will deny your PTO with no good reason other than, we need bodies.

Cons

Everything. They can't keep employees and the queues are out of control always. No support from managers. They only care about themselves and don't even know how to support their team. The pay here is way below industry standards. Managers just micro-manage and give quarterly goals that are unattainable unless you are "in" with management. Managers don't work on tickets or help with issues. They are always in meetings. Unless you suck up to management, don't expect any promotions. If you have an issue with one of the legacy employees, just start looking for a new job because they will most likely get you fired due to favoritism. No structure at all. HR is a joke. They preach they are here for you, but they are not. They only care about protecting the company, remember that. This company has had so much turnover over the past 4 years from what I can see. If this review doesn't help with your decision, then just look at the other bad reviews which are real and not faked. Unlike the reviews on here by office assistants or HR employees who post good reviews to get the rating up.

Pros

- fully remote - $1000 home office stipend - "unlimited pto" (but if you take more than 20 days off a year, depending on your lead, your pto will be denied) - lavish company off sites once a year (resort, fancy dinner, show etc.) - not much micromanagement - supportive team members - opportunities to work on projects for other teams - great 4 weeks new hire training program - 1 hour lunch (unpaid)

Cons

- monthly pto black out days in addition to pto being denied. Pto requests have to be rigorously followed up or they remain pending or ultimately deleted. - overworked leadership / often doesn't have time for you - rigid 9 to 6 schedule in Support with daily clock in/out, mandatory use of phone readiness app that can leave one feel scrutinized - short staffed with high volumes of inbound calls, chats, emails - some team members have to complete mandatory overtime (early morning or weekend) - no/very minimum open positions to grow for senior level employees - low team morale overall due to burn outs, overworked agents

Pros

Cool team building and leaders who do care.

Cons

While the sales leadership is dedicated and was always willing to help us, the sales culture is a losing culture. Almost no one makes their sales targets. Turnover is rampant. The sales targets are entirely unachievable unless you have a top territory, or you have been with the company for three- four years. The leaders take over the sales process because they do not trust the team member or cannot afford to lose a deal. I had my leader, one of the most respected directors, take over my opportunities and lose most of them. if you want to make the SE BDRs, hire BDRs. not tenured professional sellers. Poor pay and lousy comp plan that only started to improve as more people walked out the door.
