The entire place is a zoo, disorganized and dysfunctional. A lot of the sensitive leadership positions are given to certain types of people who cover up stuff for the hospital and could not care less about anything other than lining their pockets. The entire culture is aimed towards this goals for the board of trustees and the leadership.

Cafeteria extremely cramped, insufficiently staffed, and pricey Ghetto right across the street; have to be very careful at night Bizarre patient population ranging from extremely poor/ghetto-y to obscenely rich/obnoxious There are a lot of forgotten and ill-treated and poorly maintained departments, such as the one I left Human Resources among the worst I and some of my friends have ever encountered: Talk about incompetent!!! Poor support for continuing nursing education Notorious for Union busting Poorly run from type to bottom Some of the ugliest architecture ever built Stop recruiting lower level positions from the immediate neighborhood as it only promotes a culture of disrespect and gross behavior and communication skills. Very very disgusting treament of new mothers - especially those who need to pump.
