Pros

Some really nice people but they are lead to believe their skills are useless anywhere else, some are extremely over paid and would not qualify for same compenstion level elsewhere.

Cons

Poor treatment of employees, cut throat environment, some management out of control with power... Human resources just turns away and does nothing - they've given up hope

Pros

* Many PTOs (difficult to use) * Good benefits * No required retirement contributions.

Cons

* Manager(Valli) takes your PTO time off if you are ever late, even for a few minutes. * Strict lunch break from 1-2 pm, no flexibility, need approval for 12pm lunch * Excessive printing of paperwork, even for emails and review excel sheets (I know) Redundant work on classified documents. * Can't get PTO approval until the last minute. * The manager constantly gaslights you and wants you to stay late. * Extreme high turnover rate, employees leave quickly unless with sponsorship (Valli's favorite to abuse those) * SPF expects employees to stay at least 3 years, ( flipped the table if leave 1-3 years) * No career growth and low pay * No recognition for any accountants' work, only Valli gets all the credit. * All recognition for any errors/mistakes occurred, even if it's not related to accountant, Valli would blame you for life
