Pros

-unionized but even the union seems divided at times

Cons

-very toxic management; always seem out to get you and they seem to hate that the nurses are unionized -the worse manager were the ones promoted -the whole unit would see the older nurses bully the young ones and no one would do or say anything -no room for growth; you're forever a floor RN -The CEO left for Florida when COVID peaked in NYC- tells you all you need to know
