Pros

You don’t have to bring much with you to work because due to the high level of constant theft, nothing can be left in office.

Cons

- Was left with an incomplete workstation and expected to perform tasks with non-working equipment. - Incredibly HIGH turnover rate that management will gloss over when asked about. - The upper management has such a clinical level of anxiety that every project is micro-managed to oblivion. Never in my career have I seen micro-managing to such a degree. Simple tasks take an indefinite amount of time to get completed creating an internal bottleneck that is entirely on upper management's shoulders to blame. - Management is very blasé about the fact that the NY office is robbed on a regular basis. So relaxed about it one can’t help but wonder if maybe it’s someone on the inside that’s allowed to constantly steal. - They promote “mental health” but that is nowhere to be seen, any talk of work-life balance is untrue. - A strange cult-like atmosphere, that cares more about collecting $ from people than offering actual help.

Pros

They were kind enough to buy us lunch from time to time.

Cons

The head of marketing micromanages to the point that she looks over your shoulder while you work. Marketing management also uses belittling language in feedback communicated in group settings, so employees are humiliated in front of their peers. Plus, they don't believe in work/life balance; employees stay late each evening and are required to staff events outside of their 9 A.M. - 5 P.M. schedule, even on the weekends.

Pros

- Free lunch when a new employee on the team starts (which is often due to the department's high turnover) - It's "hybrid" (You get to work home 1 day)

Cons

- Extremely severe micromanager, I wish I would have read other Glassdoor reviews before accepting an offer - No option to work from home option if you're sick. You have to take PTO. There are no 'sick days' in the company - You're expected to travel on your own way to Canaan, CT for company parties/meetings. They're mandatory - Very high turnover rate - You don't grow in the company unless you're family or friends family with the company's top stakeholders. I didn't see a single promotion for any of my team members while working there :( - A lot of break-ins and theft at the office and nothing is done about it. Try not to bring anything valuable if you don't want to risk it being stolen
