Pros

Amazing Culture and they reward those that work hard and care for the clients - Paid for my education, started as entry level Client Services and became a manager of a department, incredible staff, spirit of teamwork, they value your contribution, partners with people who work hard and want to develop in their careers. Bonuses are reflective of value added and performance - I now have a masters degree - thank you Mountainside

Cons

Challenging at times, fast paced work environment is not for everyone, company is a growth company so there are many new developments that can make some people a bit uncomfortable - the bonus structure is great for those that work hard and contribute and also causes some reactions in the bottom tier of employees, where they try and play the "favoritism" card - its called hard work!

Pros

Supportive and empowering upper management team, that provides employees the opportunity for growth and a platform to provide feedback for processes and procedures. Promotes a healthy work/life balance, by providing employees with many free activities surrounding Wellness and other free activities and food.

Cons

Only downfall is the travel time to get from NYC to Canaan.

Pros

Management cares about work life balance- most positions can work from home when needed thanks to portable office devices. Benefits- including amazing free food for staff - are great. 401k match is very rich. Dynamic and fast paced work environment. Slackers will not cut it here but those who can be nimble and enjoy brainstorming best practice ideas will love it.

Cons

The location isn't ideal; however, given the flexibility of management, that isn't all that much of a draw back. I have worked for employers that were very close to home but they ran the workplace like the military. Given a choice- I'll commute for a good employer like this!
