Pros
If you take pride in your work and play your cards right, there is opportunity for advancement. My manager was always flexible in regards to needing time off for illness or inclement weather. Bonuses and raises are pretty generous, but few and far between. Meals are provided. Benefits are okay. Nice 401k match. Staff can partake in ABC and MBS activities such as the ropes course, yoga, and acupuncture.
Cons
Senior management plays favorites. Watch your back if they don't like you! There is a huge lack of communication between senior management and employees. It's hard to get a good "score" on the annual review. Senior management takes everything personally and holds grudges. Unrealistic expectations for work deadlines. Employees are overworked. The positive culture described in the brochures, on the website, etc. does not accurately reflect the negative environment. High turnover rates.
