Pros

- WLB - Flexible schedule - Autonomy - High impact for a relatively small company - Many strong engineers to learn from - Most of the company genuinely cares about users and employees - Great non-toxic culture - Opportunities to travel

Cons

- Lower comp than Big Tech - The ability to grow depends a lot on your project and manager - Constantly changing priorities (outside of Firefox) - Somewhat outdated backend tech and processes - It can be slow to ship new and experimental features

Pros

Quite Flexible, Remote work. Very nice teammates. Very smart people work here, its easy to ask for advice.

Cons

I can't think of any at the moment, although i'm just an Intern so I'm not too familiar with the current power politics that may/may not be present in the leadership. From what I have seen in internal communications(surface level) at the moment there doesn't seem to be any major fractures in company cohesion.

Terrible CEO and management. Not a lot of room for opinions.
