      Worst place I have ever worked at.

      Pros

      Coworkers are nice and friendly.

      Cons

      Bad management, understaffed, burn out. So many things to list but not enough space. Supervisors keep checking on you to see how you are doing but instead of walking around maybe hop on the phones and help your employees when we are swamped. One day we had 40 calls in queue and to the side the supervisors are standing around talking and laughing while their worker bees are doing all the work for them. With half the pay. It's all a show, they are super nice to your face but then they track your every movement. If you speak up you will be let go or fired. I had so many unhappy coworkers leave after the facade fades and the management doesn't follow through with what they advertise. Don't be fooled by the job description it is anything but.

      Under trained and overworked

      Only pro is you get to work from home

      Cons

      We assist patients for many different clinics and need to become familiar with each ones rules or they will be quick to give us a correction and once we reach a certain amount they will take away your ability to work from home. They overwork patients and under train them. We need to use our PTO for holidays off. I’m not a medical staff and yet still didn’t get Christmas Day off. For this being a health organization the medical insurance is no good. They only allow you to see Multicare doctors. This job is so mentally draining that I don’t have enough energy to do anything else after work as I’m exhausted. No work life balance.
