Management was among the worst i've ever worked for. I was sexually harassed and they asked me if I had accepted a pair of headphones from the man who sexually harassed me?! He tried to give me his old iPhone headphones, I already had some and didn't want his so I said no, this was months before I reported his sexual harassment to the company. They showed me no support and even went as far as to say that because I didn't disclose the headphone information, which I didn't even remember and wasn't relevant to the situation anyway, that I wasn't being forthwrite and therefore they determined there was no sexual harrasment taking place. They even refused to look at the text messages he sent me and another co worker. I walked out of the meeting crying and was so disgusted I quit shortly after.

They want you to do work outside of your scope and will not pay for you to be certified. Management will not manage people and lets staff do what they want not what is best for the company. You cant clock in even one min before your shift starts. So you have to sit and wait till top of the hour to clock in when you could be getting clinic ready for the first PT. You get pulled to work at other locations. You are expected to do the work for your provider and that clinic, ordering, med log etc. lead duties without being paid lead pay. You have one provider in your clinic you are responsible for and because they cant keep staff you have to manage the in basket and all orders for another provider at another clinic. Again, not being paid for it! You are just a number.
