Pros

Coworkers are the best and can get you through the toughest week. My pay is better than if I left this job and started as a new hire somewhere else.

Cons

There are never enough staff to efficiently handle work load. There are lots of complaints that senior management never addresses.

Pros

Great benefits, PPO medical plan with very low deductible and premium, 401k match with profit share. Time off accruals are awesome also.

Cons

Very political environment with not much room for advancement unless you know someone. Bonuses are non-existent and raises are very minimal...
