Cons

Don't treat everybody fairly. They say they don't discriminate, they do. My company was taken over by them, it's in their policies, to give preference to their nationality.

Pros

Benefits were great. Don't necessarily have to be qualified to get jobs. If you know someone it's possible.

Cons

Top heavy everywhere. More managers and coordinators than workers. The programs are set up well, but it's tough when they don't have the support they need.

Offices can feel pretty silo-ed and communication can sometimes fall short.
