Pros

People was great to work with, but also scared about the politics on who knows who. Individuals had the possibilities to grow, succeed, and support the health system but was limited to those who was in higher political standings.

Cons

This company had too many individuals that did not have the experience, but was hired due to individuals that they might be related to or who they knew. Very high political game, and did not focus on process improvements. Individuals that were in high places was intimidated by employees or potential employees that had more experience or knowledge.
