Pros

Everybody knows MySpace; great opportunities to work with top clients and offering unique marketing ideas to them. Good starter job, but might give misperception of how "corporate" business are and should be run

Cons

Lack of experienced Sr. Management; and Plethora of know-it-alls and entitled-tos. There is no room for career advancement or direction when departments are separated from the Sr. roles/titles they support. There is no distiction/heirarchy from experienced and fresh out of college workers which leads to disallusions and expectations. There is a lack of communication with in the company from the top down and across. Company is title driven to boost the egos of those that have yet to acquire the proper knowledge/experience needed for their role/title. Compensation is probably the lowest in the industry and not at all in line with the market. Departmentally there maybe respect but not interdepartmentally.

Pros

I've never worked with cooler people, in a very laid back environment in terms of appearance and stuff. I like the fact that my work viewed by many people, which is rewarding. I'm not a big supporter of what Fox is about, but they seem to keep their hands off the company and don't push around their politics. There are also a LOT of attractive peeps working here who know how to party!

Cons

The office location in Beverly Hills 90210 sounds cool to work at, but it is a drag to drive to. If you get stuck on back water projects things can get dull but the trick is to get involved in the interesting projects. The FIM cafe (the on site food place) is shocking and there is little else in walking distance to grab lunch at.
