Pros

Mytech has 12 company values. Unlike most companies, our employees live our values each and every day. When faced with decisions, we use our values to guide us. It is part of our fabric at Mytech. I've never worked for an organization where I have felt so cared for, both professionally and personally. We take care of each other, which allows us to take care of our clients. I feel like I'm going home to my second family every day I go to work. Internal promotion is highly valued. There is a path for elevation for anyone that's willing to do the work.

Cons

It can take a long time to get new processes in place and everyone trained and on the same page. Staying consistent across branches can be challenging.
