Pros

Amazing Company Culture! As a company they are really devoted to making the work environment as fun and close as possible. Readily accessible and down to earth leadership team makes you feel like you individually matter to the companies success.

Cons

Mid level management can be fairly disorganized. I often found myself at odds with my direct report and needing to go around them to a higher level in leadership to effectively perform my job. Company is growing rapidly so it has all of the associated issues that comes with that.

Pros

I improved my skill set when I was here. It's something I always do no matter who my employer is.

Cons

There wasn't one but three reasons why I couldn't stick at MyTech for long. First, there were no growth opportunities for me. So, all the stressful and exhausting work I did was for nothing. Second, the compensation was ridiculous and not as per most people's expectations. Third, the client's expectations were insane. They were too arrogant to notice our hard work and wanted everything to be done yesterday.

Impressively focused on employee growth and social gatherings

Cons

Company has hidden requirments which they will deny tooth and nail. Among these are training requirements that they consider grounds for firing those who didn't know were requirements. Also, if you expect to work your 40 and go home...guess again. Some departments have openly admitted they expect 60+ hours every week and also attending social events.
