Best company I have ever worked for. Fast, fun and engaging job. I look forward to going into work every day and really like the people I work with. The compensation is right in the market and staff are rewarded for time on the job and training\certifications. Benefits are the best I have had at any other job in the past 10 years. CEO is one of the most sincere and straight forward leaders I have seen in a private business. During my first week at work he sat down with me and other new staff for 2 hours and shared how the company was started and what it takes to succeed at Mytech Partners and in the industry. My direct manager is also great, he worked with me to plan out my next few years professional and gave me goals that I can target to increase my skills and salary. Mytech really cares about there clients. Every interaction with a client is rate by the client. If a client give a negative response (which is really rare), they contact the client and the staff to see how it can be fixed. Early on I had a few negative reviews, my manager used the review to coach me to be better and did not use the review to berate me. It was the best professional coaching I have ever received. Culture is AMAZING! I especially like Hertz donuts, Thursday treats and dog day
Cons
Company is moving fast, some customers do not keep there systems up to date which make it hard to support them and keep documentation accurate. Could have some time each week to study for certification tests.
