When the Management is Terrible, Expect No Happiness or Satisfaction

Pros

You can only survive here if you desperately need the money and can ignore everything that's wrong with the management.

Cons

The management is awful. They don't have a clue how to lead. In fact, they haven't read any leadership books, either. Their poor attitude means employees are stuck and cannot expect any positive change. Keep your expectations low if you want to survive here. Adjust to multiple things daily. It's endless. You will be stressed and frustrated and leave as I did.

Pros

A high degree of autonomy is given by my manager, especially in instances where I am a subject matter expert. Mytech does a pretty good job promoting a culture of learning, which is extremely important in the IT industry. Company as a whole is very process oriented and has much more documentation of procedures than other companies of it's size and age.

Cons

Typical smaller company issues like and occasionally not having an approver at the office for physical signatures due to business travel.

My manager was a somewhat decent person who tried to make things simpler for ma but failed miserably. It was sad!

Cons

Nothing is good about working here. I regret joining Mytech at all. The workload is insane. the stress is terribly high, and the work-life balance is awful. The customers are also mean, rude, and disrespectful. Talking to them is like walking on eggshells. It was a nightmare!
