Great experience, low pay

Pros

Enjoyable experience working with a challenging and diverse population. Great staff. Coaches are not really part of the regular staff though.

Cons

Very low pay. There are a lot of trainings, high expectations, and standards coaches are held to in order to be professional, and rightfully so-it's an important job. The pay should be higher to reflect all the responsibility that comes with this role. Not good on mileage reimbursement.
