Pros

Incredibly passionate people, who work hard at their jobs.

Cons

Echoing other comments mentioned here about a specific Director in the organization, with a documented track record of inappropriate behavior. I would not recommend working at NARAL to anyone, Diversity, and Inclusion is performative and a messaging tactic to seem progressive.
