possibility for greatness but upper level management will doom the organization

committed staff at the mid-level management the possibility for greatness is there

Cons

executive team is pretty checked out Upper level management varies wildly in talent and skill with some upper level managers creating incredible toxic workplace environment refusal to hold upper level management accountable for their actions lack of oversight over some directors has led to an environment that chases good people away and stifles creativity

Always worked in a fantastic atmosphere with other like-minded people who were willing to give it their all every day at work.

No real definitive goals. Felt like the job was pretty aimless from time to time.

The organization does great work. Due to its small size, interns will have more hands on experience in comparison to larger organizations. NARAL events allow for excellent outreach and networking

Cons

At times, fellow employees were insincere, from the senior most positions to the front desk. Daily gossping appeared unprofessional. Short contracts caused insecurity among employees
