Pros
It's a progressive and forward thinking work environment, full of passionate employees. Each department works together very well and everyone's opinions are heard.
Cons
New ideas are sometimes brushed aside due to senior management's lack of knowledge on particular issues. I've tried multiple times to increase our sphere of political influence, only to be told "that's not how we operate".
