      Pros

      NASCAR is a unique environment that will definetly grow your career. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to situations that are extremely unique. The company has really made positive changes in the last few years to increase retention and promote a work/life balance.Car program is very nice.

      Cons

      You're going to travel unless you're at the coordinator level in a support department role like, risk, legal, or finanace. Some days you'll need a very thick skin. Pay isn't great unless you've been there a while.

      Pros

      Senior leadership is great. The company has really listened to its employess and made changes to increase retention. Leadership creates an open environment that makes it easy to communicate issues and get quick solutions and direction.

      Cons

      It's a traveling business, so there's a high probability you will have to travel. Pay isn't so great for new low and middle managers. You have to pay your dues to get raises. It's hard to maintain a family life with the schedule.

      Get to work with lots of different types of new media and really get a first hand look into the sports production level

      Cons

      Really hard to move up the ladder, if you are good at your position, you stay there. Hard to get advancement opportunities.
