Pros

– Flexible PTO – Office has great food – People are generally friendly

Cons

– Company goals are vague, constantly changing – Not much is celebrated; sales have bad for a while and larger projects are rarely completed – Poor team collaboration and creativity which means no innovation

Benefits are decent and the office environment is great!

Cons

Horrible leadership in all departments. CEO is the biggest ego maniac I’ve ever had to work with. Gets in his own way and the way of others every chance he gets.
