OTE is misleading - only one person has ever made quota The sales team is a disorganized disaster Management micromanages and is unable to get results Sales targets are extremely unrealistic Management is competent but has no business managing people They lose a lot of sales processes to bigger names due to poor execution Management does nothing with feedback

Decent product built by smart engineers who have long left the company

Cons

Poor leadership, the company is run like a big corporation. There's no money to be made here...nothing to learn, no one is investing in them & no new customers. They lie to existing employees and potential new employees about the state of affairs.
