Pros

There is a ton of opportunity for anyone who wants it and demonstrates the capacity for taking it on. Having an entrepreneurial spirit is welcomed and supported. The total rewards programs are excellent. While I have not personally needed to use the life leave program, several of my team members have. It is difficult to put a price on the value received from being able to step away from work to tend to personal or familial needs. There are a multitude of resources available to help with career advancement or just a hone professional skills.

Cons

When you are an organization who is leaning into innovation and agility, the pace can be fast and furious. If you find it difficult to thrive in that sort of environment, you may find it challenging

Pros

Management is pretty nice but that is about it.

Cons

Management telling everyone when somebody has quit or has been fired. Pay is not enough for the amount of tedious work. Even if you do well it’s never a good job there’s always a “you could do better.” Like it’s never enough. Open opportunities are rare

Friendly and supportive colleagues, Flexible with working arrangements, ability to progress in the business

Not many cons, during period of changes maybe communication across departments could be more consistent
