Different departments can be very particular about how things are done which can be confusing to learn

Good suite of products, C-Suite execs are brilliant.

Cons

New sales reps are hired, trained and "benched" to be ready when someone is fired or quits. No trust amongst teams or mgmt, execs play favorites.
