A good place to stay stagnant

They say they’re transparent, but that’s not the case. Going into the pandemic they outlined a process in which there would be a hiring freeze, a wage freeze, optional furlough, then if it came down to it- layoffs. However, here were a massive number of promotions across the company, and people were laid off. They know the right things to say, but I wouldn’t trust them.

I do want you to know that you may be confused between our wage freeze and our hiring efforts that resulted in people receiving a change in pay. NAVEX Global is one of the fortunate organizations that has been able to continue hiring during the pandemic. When a role is open, we look first across our existing team to advance, which would include a change in pay and title to align with their new role. Not the best management. Often management seems to not know what was going on in the call center.
