      Pros

      The job was not technically challenging and I was able to get hired without much experience. My teammates were all super nice and that was the best part of the job.

      Cons

      Pay is not great. The claim they are transparent and they claim that you should "speak up" about issues but when you do they don't care and it actually pays to be silent. Management on the Implementation team keeps the technology stack antiquated and is afraid to try new things that would radically improve their day to day operations. I was always pushing to use new tech but the management didn't see the value in setting aside development time to make things better. My job involved many situations where lots of needless copying and pasting was required that could have been automated. Product Engineering did not care about making our internal tools any better to make our jobs easier.
