Working here has been a truly positive and rewarding experience. The culture is supportive, respectful and team-driven with leaders who are approachable, transparent and genuinely invested in employee growth. I've had real opportunity for career advancement, always felt valued and recognized and have a great work-life balance.

Cons

Compensation isn't always the most competitive.

It’s a company where you can grow as much as you choose to—there’s a high degree of autonomy and plenty of opportunity to take ownership. The leaders are thoughtful, supportive, and present. It’s a fast‑paced environment that’s continuously striving to move even faster. If you enjoy challenges, embrace change, and like having room to make an impact, NAVEX is a great place to be.

Cons

With growth comes a level of uncertainty at times, which can make the environment feel a bit fluid. However, this is fairly typical for a fast‑evolving company and something to be expected during periods of rapid expansion.

Pros

- Some managers and team members are supportive. - Good place to gain experience early in your career.

Cons

As a junior member of staff, it’s been really difficult to get proper support from HR. The HR representative is often late to work, takes long lunches, and during the day their office door is usually closed, which makes them feel unavailable even during normal working hours. When junior staff go to HR for advice or clarification, the response often feels reactive instead of helpful. Rather than feeling supported, it can feel like blame is being assigned for asking questions. That makes it uncomfortable to raise concerns or ask for guidance, especially when you’re still learning. HR should be a people partner and someone staff can approach openly. Right now, that’s not the experience many of us have.
