      Staff is friendly Pretty location Easy to navigate phone system Okay benefits

      Cons

      they want you to be a robot. Advance is a joke, the place is a revolving door. You never know who your manager is. People are friendly and the insurance is okay. If you wanna work with irate 3rd party callers that you can’t help because you are not the insurance company then this is your job.

      Pros

      Great people (i work with really smart individuals) Some fun events every quarter Opportunity to make money (if you get lucky and get a good territory) Super nice executive team (Bob Conlin is amazing and some others like Cindy Raz etc) Pay is decent but could be better

      Cons

      Lack of flexibility with working (no work from home days) Some micro-managing Most territories are crap and they expect you to still hit your quotas (this is so ridiculous. Like how can you expect territories with no history of hitting quota to hit it out of no where?) Lots of favoritism (i guess this has become normal at most companies) Some people are literally HANDED a promotion! (they never post or announce openings to internal employees. Next thing we know we receive an email that XYZ just got promoted) I have heard of some VPs telling some AEs that they will be the next to be promoted. Like how unprofessional and unfair to the other AEs who have invested more time with the company and are performing just as well.

      Great Place To Hang Your Hat

      Pros

      World-class sales training, amazing sales support, products are best in their class, laid-back atmosphere, lots of food, great upper-management & c-level executives, amazing benefits (especially now that we have a PPO option), generous vacation time & policy, etc. Honestly, this is the best career decision I've ever made and I'm grateful to the company for bringing me on board.

      Cons

      It used to be the high deductible insurance plan, but now we have a PPO option so no cons that I've seen since I started.
